High-viz flouro is the new black. Everyone's wearing it, from homeless people, to new-rave 80's kids. But, as the whole capital goes bright yellow, a study claims we are becoming increasingly desensitized to reflective fabrics, dangerously reducing their safety effect, and risking lives. The race is now on to find the 'next gen' of high-viz; Higher-Viz.
